How We Care for Injured or Grounded Bats

  • Bats found grounded or injured are brought into temporary care for assessment.

  • They receive hydration, warmth, food suitable for an insectivorous bat, and are kept in safe, ventilated enclosures.

  • Volunteers work closely with vets to ensure any injuries are treated properly.

Flight Cage – Preparing Bats for Freedom

Before bats can be released, they need to regain their strength and ability to fly. Our custom-built flight cage provides a safe space for them to practice flying in a controlled environment.
